Each package contains different components for the success of the individual or group participating, covering training, nutrition and support. After an initial conversation about each client/client groups’ goals, a custom and functional solution is proposed that includes training sessions, general diet/supplementation advice, live support, and custom periodization plans.

Weight Loss/Boot Camp is a an individual or group solution to improving general health both in sedentary adult spanning to an industrial/sport athlete. Training and periodization in this category can involve but not limit to metabolic conditioning workouts, general diet advice within scope, and biometric logging.

Individuals or groups inquiring about Corporate Fitness solutions can expect customized packages for long term, short term, and seminar format events. Private events would be applicable to collective goals of the organization served. FSA is available for on site training regarding seminars, and travel is available. FSA also partners with travel advisors to host Fitness Getaways.
