Cancellation Policy

If appointment changes are needed, 36 hour notice prior to the appointment is required, to ensure services are available for other clients, and to avoid being charged full price for the time set aside. All training sessions expire 1-3 months after initial purchase, depending on package size. All sales are final, packages, appointments, sessions, memberships, and classes cannot be refunded.
