Small Group Bootcamp

Meet with Coach Derek and friends to learn basic to advanced kettlebell movements and flows. Coach Derek will run a comprehensive warmup, activations, and then delve deeper into the mechanics of kettlebell movement. A 30 minute workout and Q/A will be included.
